• Well-woman exams including Pap smears.

• Health coaching for weight loss, quitting smoking, diet improvement, lowering blood pressure, and more.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED WITH AN EXTRA FEE

• Home visits ($99 within a 10 mile radius).

• Dermatologic procedures including shave biopsy ($30) punch biopsy ($30), skin tag removal (first 3 free then $2 per tag), cryotherapy (first 3 free then $2 per lesion), cyst removal ($50), hypertrophic scar (Keloid) injection($30).

• Urgent care procedures including wound repair (with stitches or glue, $30), splinting ($40).

• Joint injections and aspirations($30).

• Ganglion cyst aspiration($20).

• Ingrown toenail removal($40).
